Balancing Changes

There are balancing changes in the latest update:

 - Switchfighter cost reduced  from 2200 -> 1800

- Recon Dropship cost reduced  from 2000 -> 1600

- Recon Driller cost reduced  from 900 -> 800

- Jetpack Explorer cost reduced  from 900 -> 800

- Crystal Hawk cost reduced  from 500-> 400

- Mini Robots cost reduced  from 300 -> 200

- Mini Robots production time reduced  from 12 -> 8

- Mini Robots crystal regrowth slightly buffed

- Ambush Claw-Tanks are now able to attack air units with their disc shooters

- Dragon Cruiser cost reduced 2100 -> 1550

- Alien Jet cost reduced  from 450-> 350

- Alien Jetpack Scout production time changed from 4 -> 5
